“A recruiting website where we’re going to recruit agents and agencies.” Justin, 10/28
Two questions for everyone
- What are the top three things you want to see on the website?
- What does the site need to do for your team? Forms, booking, links, logins.
No time set yet. Van is finding one hour that works for all seven of us.
Ask HPM · askhpm.com
“Lead capture for clients to generate leads for our agents.” Justin, 10/28
Why first
- AEP runs Oct 15 to Dec 7, and people look us up before they call (Justin, 10/28).
- The site hasn’t been redone in a long time (Justin, 10/28).
- Target: live and collecting leads by the week of 1/6 (the Q4 rock).
Who lands here
- People new to Medicare or turning 65.
- Medicare members whose plan changed for 2027, or is leaving their area.
- People shopping ACA coverage, or adding dental, vision or other coverage.
- Family members helping a parent.
- Existing HPM clients looking for their agent.
What they come looking for
- Whether their doctors and prescriptions are in the plans we represent near them.
- Plain answers from a real, licensed person, without a sales push.
- Proof we’re real before they call: reviews, names and faces.
What the site can honestly promise
- A licensed agent in their area goes through their plan with them: their doctors, their prescriptions, and what they’ll pay when they use it.
- We compare plans from the companies we represent in their area. We don’t offer every plan available.
- We check coverage. We never promise they’ll keep a doctor, a drug or a price.
- Asking for a call doesn’t mean they’ve decided to change anything. They decide what happens next.
- HPM has served over 80,000 members since 2013 and is A+ rated with the Better Business Bureau.
How it converts
- Book a time with a licensed agent first, at the top of the page (Justin, 10/27).
- If not now: call, or ask for a call back.
- A confirmation by email; texts only once consumer text consent is approved.
- What happens next, spelled out on the site (Justin, 10/28).
What Justin asked to see on it
- Medicare, ACA and ancillary pages (Sergio’s input).
- Press, social links, testimonials, videos, pictures and Google reviews, where we have them cleared to use.
- Open: Spanish? An HQ login? HPM Shop, RxCare and the tools? A blog, Closed?
Rules
- Every page clears the HPM compliance gate before it goes live.
- Medicare pages carry the CMS and TPMO wording: we don’t offer every plan, a licensed agent may contact you, and we’re not connected with or endorsed by the government or Medicare.
- No “free”, “no cost” or savings claims, and no guaranteed outcomes.
- Mobile first: “the most important part” (Justin).
- Built in-house on our brand. No outside agency.
Later, not at launch
- A self-enrollment link (“don’t want to talk to an agent?”), chat or an AI assistant, a client login.

“A recruiting website where we’re going to recruit agents and agencies.” Justin, 10/28
Why now
- The 2027 CMS rules changed several things in the agent’s favor; the 48-hour scope-of-appointment wait is gone.
- Timing is open: Ask HPM comes first.
Who lands here
- Licensed Medicare agents, new and experienced.
- Captive agents looking at their options.
- Agency owners looking for a partner.
What they come looking for
- What changed for them this year, in plain words.
- What working with HPM actually looks like: support, training, tools, and how leads work.
- What happens to their book if they join, or leave.
What the site can honestly say
- 13 years serving agents, 1,100+ agents, 42 states and Puerto Rico, A+ with the BBB.
- The Three Uniques: the 30-Day Release, the Legacy Program, and a results-driven culture.
- HPM covers CE credits when an agent contracts and gets ready to sell with at least three Medicare carriers (as worded in the approved webinar copy).
- The next step is small: 15 minutes with Luis, no contract on the call.
How it converts
- Book 15 minutes with Luis, or watch a training.
- Then contracting and onboarding, with a named owner for each handoff.
- Tracked from registration to producing agent (Sergio, 10/27).
What Justin asked to see on it
- A Legacy page (Briggs), explained without renewal percentages.
- A page on how agents get paid (Liam), explained without dollar figures.
- The lead program, described only as far as it’s live and approved.
- HQ, HPM Shop, RxCare, Closed.
Rules
- Clears the HPM compliance gate.
- No commission, override or book-value dollar figures, no Legacy renewal percentages, no income claims.
- Never name another FMO.
Later, not at launch
- An agent portal and an online application.
