Website meeting · for Jonathan · 10/29/26
Your questions,from your seat.
One hour, all seven of us in one room. Nick moderates. The focus is Ask HPM, our client site.Join HPM if there’s time, or a later conversation.Answer ahead if you like. Every answer is optional.
Your seat
Integrator. Lead, manage and hold accountable; P&L and business plan; core processes; removing obstacles; the cyclical nature of the business.
Two questions for everyone
1.What are the top three things you want to see on the website?
2.What does the site need to do for your team? Forms, booking, links, logins.
Both sites side by side: the overview.
Things to think about before the meeting
These come from your seat. No need to write anything; just have a view when we meet.
Ask HPM · askhpm.com
Your lens: What job the site does for the business, how it’s measured, and who runs it.
- What job does Ask HPM do for the business: new client leads for agents, a trust check for people we’ve referred, or service for existing clients? Rank them.
- What one number tells us the site is working, and what’s the 2027 target?
- Our year runs in cycles (AEP, OEP, turning 65 all year). How should the site change across the year?
- Once it’s live, who owns the site as a core process, and who keeps it current?
- Open: What would make these sites a core process rather than a marketing project?
Join HPM, if there’s time · joinhpm.com
We get to this only if there’s time; otherwise it gets its own conversation later.
Your lens: What recruiting has to deliver, and who runs it.
- What does the 2027 plan need from Join HPM: contracted agents, agencies, producing agents, and by when?
- Walk the path from inquiry to contracted to first sale. Who owns each handoff?
- Who are we not looking for, and should the site screen them out?
- Once it’s live, who owns Join HPM and keeps it current?
- Open: What would make recruiting a repeatable process rather than a push?
Thank you, Jonathan
Anything you saved has already reached Nick. Whatever you didn’t answer, bring to the meeting. No time set yet. Van is finding one hour that works for all seven of us.
