Website meeting · for Liam · 10/29/26
Your questions,from your seat.
One hour, all seven of us in one room. Nick moderates. The focus is Ask HPM, our client site.Join HPM if there’s time, or a later conversation.Answer ahead if you like. Every answer is optional.
Your seat
Director of Finance. Financial reporting, AR/AP and cash flow, budgeting and forecasting, HR administration and compliance, office management.
Two questions for everyone
1.What are the top three things you want to see on the website?
2.What does the site need to do for your team? Forms, booking, links, logins.
Both sites side by side: the overview.
Things to think about before the meeting
These come from your seat. No need to write anything; just have a view when we meet.
Ask HPM · askhpm.com
Your lens: What it costs, what it reports, and the official office details the site shows.
- What’s the budget for the build and for bringing traffic to it, through AEP and into 2027?
- What should the site report to you each month: cost per lead, cost per enrollment, anything else?
- Which office addresses, hours and phone numbers are official for clients?
- Should Ask HPM carry a careers link for staff hires, separate from agent recruiting on Join HPM?
- Open: What would you need to see in six months to call the sites a good spend?
Join HPM, if there’s time · joinhpm.com
We get to this only if there’s time; otherwise it gets its own conversation later.
Your lens: Getting paid, budget, HR.
- Justin expects a page about commissions and how agents get paid. What can be public, and what stays in a direct conversation?
- What’s the budget for the Join HPM build and for recruiting traffic?
- What should recruiting report to finance: cost per contracted agent, cost per producing agent?
- Does Join HPM need independent-contractor or other HR language?
- Open: In six months, what would make the recruiting spend look good?
Thank you, Liam
Anything you saved has already reached Nick. Whatever you didn’t answer, bring to the meeting. No time set yet. Van is finding one hour that works for all seven of us.
