Your questions,from your seat.
One hour, all seven of us in one room. Nick moderates. The focus is Ask HPM, our client site.Join HPM if there’s time, or a later conversation.Answer ahead if you like. Every answer is optional.
Your seat
VP of Operations. Product and service delivery, customer service, process integrity, IT systems and infrastructure, capacity. Contracting reports to you.
Two questions for everyone
1.What are the top three things you want to see on the website?
2.What does the site need to do for your team? Forms, booking, links, logins.
Both sites side by side: the overview.
Things to think about before the meeting
These come from your seat. No need to write anything; just have a view when we meet.
Ask HPM · askhpm.com
Your lens: What happens after someone reaches out, what existing clients can do, and what we can actually deliver.
- After someone fills out the form, books or calls, what happens next, step by step, and what should the site promise them?
- What should existing clients be able to do on the site: find their agent, get help, update their details, log in?
- Which systems does the site connect to (HQ, RxCare, phones), and where do inquiries land?
- How many inquiries a week can we answer well, especially during AEP?
- Open: What does excellent service look like in the first 24 hours after someone reaches out?
Join HPM, if there’s time · joinhpm.com
We get to this only if there’s time; otherwise it gets its own conversation later.
Your lens: Contracting and onboarding report to you.
- After an agent applies or books, what happens next (contracting, onboarding, first sale), and what should the site promise?
- Should contracting start on the site (forms, documents) or after a call?
- HQ, HPM Shop, RxCare: what should a prospect see, and what stays for contracted agents?
- How many new agents a month can onboarding handle well?
- Open: What does a great first 30 days look like for a new agent?
Thank you, Mike
Anything you saved has already reached Nick. Whatever you didn’t answer, bring to the meeting. No time set yet. Van is finding one hour that works for all seven of us.
