Your lens: Who we’re trying to reach, what we offer them, and what turns a visit into a client.
- Which client do we most want: turning 65, switching plans, ACA shoppers, or existing members? Who comes first on the site?
- Which products lead (Medicare, ACA, ancillary), and which states and markets?
- What should a visitor do first: book, call, fill out a form, or come to an event? What makes them a qualified lead?
- Which brand materials, photos, testimonials and events belong on the site, and who keeps them current?
- Spanish: a full version, the key pages, or later?
- Open: If a client visits once and leaves, what should they remember about HPM?
