The first time about five minutes

Sign inUse your HPM login and the code sent to your phone. You'll stay signed in for a while.
Connect your ClaudeClick Connect your Claude, sign in to your HPM Claude account, approve, and paste back the code it shows you. You do this once.
Install the Chrome helperClick Install the Chrome helper and add it to Chrome. It lets the builder read a guest's LinkedIn in your own browser, so you never have to look them up or paste anything.

Click Build your next episodeIt takes the next guest from the guest schedule and tells you who.
Answer with one tapClosed builds the complete pack first, pre-call message included. Then you approve the story, lesson, promise, tie, opening, closing and Closed Question together. Checkpoints along the way are optional.
Print it or pull it up on your phonePrepare with the prep sheet. Record with the phone deck: numbered questions, tap to highlight, Back and Next. After you record, use path 4 for the editor brief and your host notes.

After you record

Paste the transcript on the same page. The builder shows you what landed against the plan and pulls out the Closed Question your guest left for the next guest. Your episode, the research and the transcript come back to Nick’s team for the edit, nothing to send.
