The Closed schedule
What’s coming up, what’s been recorded, and when episodes drop. The podcast sheet is the source.
Saved rows, not the live sheet

To add or change an episode, update the podcast sheet. This board follows it.
How the podcast sheet works
How to use the sheet. One row per episode. Add a row as soon as a guest books, and update it as the episode moves along.
- Episode: season and episode, like S4E07. Leave it blank until the number is set.
- Guest name: first and last name.
- Topic: a few words on what they’ll talk about.
- Recording date and time: like 10/14 2:00 PM.
- Status: pick one of these five from the cell’s dropdown. Each one puts the episode in its matching column on the board:
- Coming Up: booked, not recorded yet.
- Shot: recorded, waiting for the edit.
- In Editing: the edit has started.
- In Post-Production: the edit is done, and the finishing work is underway.
- Released: the episode is live.
- Release date: when it goes live, once you know.
Keep the column names as they are. Changes show on this board, and reach Justin’s episode builder within about 10 minutes.
Edit the schedule (top right) opens the sheet over this page. Edit it, close it, and the board picks up the change.
A guest or topic idea for the team. The schedule itself lives in the podcast sheet.
