AN AI CRM THAT
ACTUALLY DOES THE WORK.

The launch package for RxCare, the AI CRM built by HPM with RxCare: two retreat slides, a three-concept Facebook ad set in feed and square cuts, three scored motion ads, an email program (an announcement, a five-part series, and text companions), and two agent-facing landing pages to compare side by side. Every asset passed the HPM compliance gate. Nothing publishes until it is approved here.

The Retreat Slides

RxCare retreat slide 2: Their book is already in there, book a demo

The Slide Videos

The two retreat slides as animated 16:9 explainers, each line building in as the voice reaches it. Voiced by a professional narrator with a subtle bed underneath. Same size as a PowerPoint 16:9 slide. Press play to hear them.

Slide 1, cinematic cut

A second direction for the first slide. Same voice, music, and timing, a brand-new animation: it opens in the overload, resolves into the title, then moves through the three pillars as a camera rail with a ghosted number behind each, and lands on the gold “say yes.” Brand palette only.

Slide 2, cinematic cut

The same cinematic language on the second slide: a migration title with a “one click” beat, then a vertical camera scroll through the four changes, into the gold Book a Demo and QR close. Brand palette only.

Slide 1, cyberpunk cut

A third direction for the first slide: a futuristic AI ops command center. Neon glow, an animated live line chart, radial gauges, a Tron grid, scanlines and HUD readouts, all in the brand palette. Same voice, music, and timing as the others.

Slide 2, cyberpunk cut

The same command-center language on the second slide: a data import/migration title (their book, one click), a triage split, a prep dashboard, an AEP one-screen tile grid, a gold approval gate, into the Book a Demo close. Same voice, music, and timing.

Facebook Social Ads

Motion ads for the feed, in the cyberpunk look: animation up top that moves with the script (a coverage line dropping, a “months late” timeline, the live monitoring chart, a gold approval ring), with the message in tight text at the bottom. Text-first so they read with sound off; a professional voiceover rides underneath for sound-on. A first hook shown in both placements, in two looks: the pure-cyber cut, and a photo-overlay cut that floats the same live motion over a generated agent scene like a heads-up display. More concepts and looks to come.

Feed · 4:5

Reels / Stories · 9:16

Variation · Holographic photo overlay

Same hook, same live motion, set over a generated photographic agent scene (Nano Banana, text-free) that is dimmed and tinted into the brand palette. The neon charts and gauges float over it like an augmented heads-up display — the “RxCare sees everything” idea, made literal. A photo-backed cut to A/B against the pure-cyber one.

The Landing Page

Agent-facing landing page

The campaign story as one page, ending on Book a Demo, ready to take the booking link the moment it exists. Two versions now: Version A, the original clean story, and Version B, a more comprehensive, higher-persuasion build with fair-questions and a hoping-vs-knowing contrast. Compare them side by side.

The email program

One announcement email, then a five-part series with one arc: From hoping to knowing. 1. The call you didn’t see coming 2. You hear about it first 3. Your morning arrives sorted 4. You still make every call 5. Fifty-four days Each send carries its own storyboard, one Book a Demo, and an SMS companion. Open the viewer to read every send on its own.

Nobody can watch hundreds of clients at once. So the day starts with catch-up: what changed overnight, who called, what slipped. RxCare checks on every client, not just the ones you call, and sorts your morning into what needs you now and what can wait. The busy work is gathered before you sit down. Nothing goes to a client until you say yes. Book a demo and see what it finds in a book like yours.

A drug falls off a plan. A client moves. A subsidy changes. And you find out weeks later, when they call upset. RxCare watches every client in your book all year. When something changes, you hear about it first, so you make the call instead of getting it. Nothing goes to a client until you say yes. Book a demo and see what it finds in a book like yours.

Fifty-four days. Hundreds of clients. Every AEP, something slips. RxCare preps every client before you pick up the phone: the drug list, the pharmacy, the doctors, and whether their plan still fits. The whole season sits on one screen, sorted by who actually needs you. Nothing goes to a client until you say yes. Book a demo before the season starts.

The Announcement Post

Page announcement (runs first)

We built something for our agents. It's called RxCare, an AI CRM built by HPM with RxCare. It watches your whole book, not just the clients you call. It does the busy work before your calls: the drug list, the pharmacy, the doctors, the notes. And it checks the two things that break a plan, whether the drugs are covered and whether your client keeps their doctor. Then it waits for your yes. Nothing goes to a client until you approve it. Your book comes over in one click. Nothing to re-type. Demos are open now. Book yours at the link below.

What is still open

The booking link and QR destination, supplied by ops. The motion ads carry the earlier framing; they get the current static look (raised logo, gradient RxCare line, lowered subjects) in one re-render pass once the static set is approved. Posting is manual on HPM’s channels. Paid boost, and which ad account, is a separate call.
