The questions onlyyou can answer.
Every product line in this campaign is yours. These are the gaps agents will ask about.
Two ways to answer. Pick whichever is easier.
One at a time: type under any question, or tap “Answer this”. When you’re ready, the bar at the bottom sends everything you’ve typed in one go.
Either way, your answers are saved on the site. Nick sees every one, and we update the campaign from them.
Your questions
Review & Confirm and Agent Approval Required.
Is Review & Confirm (where Notetaker's updates go) the same screen as the Agent Approval Required status in the AEP Dashboard?
Answered 9/24: Notetaker has its own agent approval screen.
The demo itself.
How long is it, is it one-on-one or a group, and is there a follow-up? After an agent books, who loads their book, and when are they working in Aiden? Blind readers asked this first.
Answered 9/24: Two 30-minute calls: a discovery call on the agent’s workflow and pain points, then a demo tailored to them.
Data ownership.
Whose book is it if an agent leaves?
Answered 9/24: Ask HPM. RxCare allows full export of the book of business.
“Your book is already here.”
What exactly comes over, and for whom?
Answered 9/24: From the HPM portal: profile info, plan info and policy info.
Language support.
Can Aiden work with Spanish-speaking households?
Answered 9/24: All languages.
A team view for principals.
Does one exist? Today the campaign claims none.
Answered 9/24: Yes.
Consent.
Recording consent for Notetaker (including in the field on Aiden Mobile), and SMS consent for AidenReach.
Cost to the agent.
Is there a price, or is it included for HPM agents?
Answered 9/24: Included for HPM agents; telephony costs where applicable (Twilio).
Renwick.
renwick.ai says it built RxCare AI and AidenRx. What is the relationship?
Answered 9/24: A subsidiary website; Gus is the sole proprietor of that business.
Aiden Mobile.
Thank you for the field app. Where would you like it featured first: the lead video, an ad of its own, or an email? And is there app-store wording we should match?
Answered 9/24: An add-on of its own.
Calendly analytics.
Could we get read access (or a webhook) on the demo calendar, so bookings show up next to the ad results?
Answered 9/24: Yes.
The tracked demo links.
You asked for the direct Calendly link. We send every CTA through go.gethpm.com/aiden-demo-*, which forwards to your Calendly, so we can see which ad or email earned the booking. Is that all right?
Recordings and her data.
When an agent records a conversation on Aiden Mobile, where does the recording live, how long is it kept, and how is the client's health information protected? Agents who meet clients at home asked this before anything else.
“Available to HPM agents.”
Does using Aiden require being contracted with HPM, and does it replace an agent's current CRM or sit beside it? A cold reader asked both before booking.
What a caller hears.
When Aiden Virtual Assistant answers, what does the client hear: a voice, a menu, a text? Agents with older clients asked whether their clients would stay on the line.
Answered 9/24: Aiden introduces himself as a Medicare assistant working for the agent.
Is the book already in?
For an HPM agent, is their existing book already inside Aiden when they first log in, or is there a step to bring it over? And which parts come with it (policies, notes, dates)? We keep your “can already be available” exactly as you wrote it until you tell us more.
Answered 9/24: Yes, the book is already in RxCare: profile info, plan info and policy info.
Behind Agent Approval Required.
What analysis does Aiden prepare before a result shows Agent Approval Required, and is the approval itself recorded anywhere the agent can point to later? Careful agents asked both.
Answered 9/24: Aiden compares all available plans in the area and reviews each drug for cost optimization.
