THIS WEEK AT HPM.
Five things we built this week and get to keep. The AidenCRM launch campaign, Closed Season 4 Episode 3 launching today on a brand new method, materials for four of our agents, the tools that let us edit the site and track every link, and the engine underneath. Each one has its own short video.
The biggest build of the week.
Aiden is the AI CRM for Medicare and ACA, built by RxCare and available to HPM agents. Our job was the launch: help agents see why it matters, in time for the AEP kickoff. We rebuilt every piece on Gus's own messaging, took it live, and sharpened it round after round.
What it means
- One source of truth. Every asset now traces to Gus's messaging, so the product, the names and the claims match everywhere an agent sees them.
- A full campaign, live. A landing page, six feature emails, static ads, motion ads and a social ad, with a feedback button on every page that sends each note straight to us.
- The film. The agent-journey video, now on its V2 master with Gus's revised script and 4K downloads, on its own page with one ask and a QR code that books a demo. Every scan is counted.
Season 4, Episode 3 launches today.
The first Closed episode built on a whole new method, modeled on The Diary of a CEO. A cold open, a new outro, effects inside the episode, and every social post going out today alongside it. Then we wrote the whole method down, and built the guest a package of their own.
What it means
- A blueprint, not a one-off. The cold open and the ending are now the method for every episode we make, with rotoscope layers, chapter sweeps and brush title lettering inside the episode.
- The screenplay guide. The whole method written down and live as its own site, with a short video for every section and a page for Justin's notes.
- The guest is the hero. Umer's own private page with a flagship clip, a quote card and ready posts, plus 29 shorts in four formats for daily posting, and a Spotify trailer built like a short cold open.
Four agents, ready for enrollment.
In enrollment season, the card on the table and the sign by the door carry an agent's name. So four of our agents got pieces made just for them, alongside the season's A-frames, a rebuilt HPM logo and an original Hispanic Heritage Month piece.
What it means
- Four agents, one group. Rebecca Brenyo Kyle's two rack cards, Mike Daniels' gym A-frame pair, Jose Ouseph's flyer in his exact wording, and Nadeem Khan's two flyer versions. All four are live on the site, ready to download.
- Built to reuse. Nadeem's flyer came with a template any agent can fill in, so the next agent starts from a finished piece.
- The season's signs. The Medicare AEP A-frames, front and back in two versions, with the disclaimer on one clean line, all built on the clean white HPM logo.
We change the site ourselves.
Our consumer site for ACA and Medicare leads got its second version. Then we built HPM Studio, so a line on the live site can be edited and published without a developer, and moved Link Studio to its own address, so every link we share can be tracked.
What it means
- Consumer leads, version two. Every line read for how it feels, and broken where you would take a breath.
- HPM Studio. A desktop app. Click a line on the live site, change the words, save, publish.
- Link Studio and the QR maker. Short, tracked links with branded QR codes to match, now at linkstudio.gethpm.com. It is already on the AidenCRM video and this week's Closed episode, so we see what gets scanned and what gets clicked.
What holds it all up.
The site got a real directory, standalone project pages and a date on every page. Underneath, the engine that made every video on this page, one voice clip per line so the words appear as you hear them.
What it means
- One clean link. Every folder opens its own page, and every project can stand alone with its own menu, so we can share one link with the right person.
- Dated, and saved. Every page shows when it went live and when it last changed, and every weekly update is saved week by week, never written over.
- The right model for each job. We tested seven AI models head to head, so each job goes to the one we can trust with it. The Closed videos use Justin's voice clone, kept private.
Overall, this is what we are building
Built once, used every time. A launch campaign that traces to one source of truth, a podcast method that is now the blueprint for every episode, agent materials that become the next agent's starting point, tools that let us change the site and see what works, and an engine that makes all of it faster each week.
