L10 · Weekly update · Tuesday, 10/6/26 · archived

THIS WEEK AT HPM.

This week the method ran. Two Closed episodes went out as closed loops, our own YouTube ads brought subscribers in at a fraction of the old cost, the show got its whole system, the AidenCRM package is all but done, Cyndy's course went live, our agents got new pieces, and our first Medicare campaign is built. Each one has its own short video.

The checklist · L10, Tuesday 10/6/26

What we owe this meeting.

Every to-do, rock and milestone in Ninety for this L10, with the answer and where to see it. 4 of 5 done. Status as of 10/5/26.

  • Done

To-doEarn on YouTube: sponsorship and earn · due 10/6

Qualified watch hours are hours watched on public, full-length videos over the last 12 months. Closed has 7,751 subscribers and 220 qualified hours (Studio, 9/28/26), so the ad program is far off, and sponsorships don't need it. Recommended: pilot AidenCRM and Justin's book as clearly disclosed sponsors, build a one-page sponsor kit, then approach three to five vendors.

  • Done

To-doCreate a prompt for Justin for Closed interviews · due 10/6

A plain prompt can't see our method, so we built the Closed connector: Justin's own Claude works straight from the screenplay guide, researches the guest and drafts the episode with him. It's built and in testing, and it's finished once Mike approves the setup.

  • In progress

To-doPhase 2: create and run Medicare test ads · due 10/6

The ads are built and ready. The capture pages, forms, lead routing and lead sheets get finished by the end of this week. Florida goes first, and the ads go live only on Nick's go.

  • Done

    RockClosed: launch Season 4 · due 10/6

Done. Season 4 is out and rolling, one episode a week. Episodes 3 and 4 went out this week as closed loops, and Episode 5 is next week's update.

  • Done

RockRxCare AI CRM: marketing plan and marketing assets · due 10/6

Done. Every marketing asset is ready to market: the V2 story, both cuts of the film, the new ads, six feature emails, and the whole dossier as one guided site.

1 of 7 · Closed · Season 4, Episodes 3 and 4

Every episode, a closed loop.

Two episodes went out this week: Umer Khan on 9/29 and Romilda Pierce on 10/1. Each one ran the full loop. Its own page with a toolkit, a guest package with everything the guest needs to share it, and the shorts marketed for us every day.

Closed, in Justin's voice. Press play, sound on.

What it means

  • Toolkit pages. Each episode has its own mini-site with a toolkit for the people watching: the S4E3 and S4E4 pages are live.
  • A whole guest package. Each guest gets a private page: a thank-you video and a note from Justin, the clips they'll be proud to post, a full set of shorts (29 for Umer, 31 for Romilda), quote cards, a speaker sheet, and a Monday huddle cut for their own team, with downloads for all of it.
  • Shorts on autopilot. Twenty shorts from each episode go out one a day on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube, with fresh copy written for every post. That used to be done by hand in Opus Clips.

2 of 7 · Closed · our own Google and YouTube ads

Eight to ten times the return.

We used to buy subscribers through Veefly at about 23 cents each. This week we ran our own ads straight through Google and YouTube, and the channel grew from 6,730 subscribers on 9/29 to 9,690 on 10/6.

Our own ads, in Justin's voice. Press play, sound on.

What it means

  • Same money, far more subscribers. For S4E3, about $7 a day came to roughly 2.4 cents a subscriber by Google's count and about 3 cents by YouTube's own count, against Veefly's 23 cents.
  • Growth you can see. Daily new subscribers climbed from 120 on 9/30 to 469 on 10/3 as the ads ran.
  • It all points home. Every ad and every short sends people back to the full episode.

The Closed guide

3 of 7 · Closed · the system behind the show

One system for the whole show.

The screenplay guide, the schedule board, the episode builder, and the Closed connector that gives Justin's own Claude the show's whole knowledge base.

The Closed system, in Justin's voice. Press play, sound on.

What it means

  • The screenplay guide. How we run Closed, written down and live in six parts.
  • The schedule board and the episode builder. The board reads the team's sheet live, and the builder takes a guest's name and drafts the episode step by step, by the guide.
  • The Closed connector. Justin's Claude works from 40 episode arc cards, the show brief, the facts and the rules. It's built and in testing, and reaches Justin once Mike finishes the setup.

4 of 7 · AidenCRM · the marketing package

All but done.

The AidenCRM marketing package is nearly complete: the V2 story locked, both cuts of the agent-journey film live, five new ads through the full content engine, and the whole dossier as one guided site.

AidenCRM, in its own brand. Press play, sound on.

What it means

  • One truth sheet. Every claim is checked against Gus's messaging.
  • Everything in one place. Six feature emails, static ads, motion ads, the social ad and the film, in one guided site.
  • Its own landing page, every ad. Each ad gets its own landing page in that ad's own voice. The voice never shifts, from the first line to the last click.

5 of 7 · Customer service · for our team

A course, built from scratch.

Cyndy asked for customer service training for our team. We built a full course: eight modules with their films, a simulation, badges and a certificate, opened by a welcome from Justin. It's live on its eighth revision.

Cyndy's course. Press play, sound on.

What it means

  • A real course. Eight modules, practice in a simulation, and a certificate at the end.
  • Justin opens it. A welcome to the team from Justin starts the course.
  • Next. Cyndy's feedback round.

The course

6 of 7 · Agent materials · made for them

New pieces for our agents.

Kelly Harrington's flyer, Brenda Powell's feather flags, Rizwana Khan's event flyer, recruiting coasters for agents and agencies, and Cyndy's Spooktacular costume flyers. Every one is live and ready to download.

Agent materials. Press play, sound on.

What it means

  • Tracked from day one. Kelly's flyer and both coasters carry their own Link Studio QR codes, so we see every scan.
  • Made to their request. Brenda's flag in HPM teal and navy, with a photo version; Rizwana's flyer kept as she made it, with the full disclaimer.
  • For the team, too. Cyndy's costume showdown flyer, in three looks.

7 of 7 · Consumer leads · the Medicare campaign

Our first Medicare campaign.

Eleven ads written for enrollment season and held to the 2027 Medicare marketing rules. The first pilots are built, in a new look we call Morning paper.

The Medicare campaign. Press play, sound on.

What it means

  • One voice, start to finish. Every ad has its own person, its own voice and its own landing page, and the voice never shifts.
  • Our own lead relay. Leads come straight to us through our own relay instead of Zapier. It runs in test mode until the last compliance counts are set.
  • A home for the brand. gethpm.com has its own brand page.
  • Florida first. The ads go live in Florida on Nick's go.
